Do the mudflaps mount to the bumper?
Because I'm currently searching for a GT rear bumper, but I want the mudflaps now.

Yes they mount to the rear bumper. I hope afixer tells us where he ordered his from. I need them now.

Ok, just got off the phone with my nearest dealer parts dept and they quoted 50.19 a pair for front and rear with the MUSTANG printed on them. I thought these were only available for the rear? Is there a better Ford dealer to order these from?

The ones that are molded for '05+ cars are for rear only. The ones that work for rear and front are for older Mustangs up to and including ours (and they are not going to fit in the nice, custom way the molded ones do). Try my link in my first reply with the photos above (but the ones I'm talking about have a white outlined Pony emblem on them and sell for $18 a pair). They sell genuine Ford parts but at a reasonable discount.

As much as I would like ones for the front, I would prefer only molded ones for this car. Besides, on my V6, I've checked up front and see no particularly "easy" way to install flaps there.

Mine are the same as Afixer's with the raised "Mustang" lettering, but as he said, he painted his. You can get them at my link above unless of course you come across a better deal.

Sparkyz - If you want mud flaps now, and do not want to buy another pair when you get that GT bumper... You might have to stick with the semi-generic Mustang flaps that supposedly fit front and/or rear. But I really think you'd like the molded ones better and might want to wait to get the ones for the GT bumper?

Thanks celenztah for the link. I was just hoping to find them at a local dealer for $32 like afixer did. PartsCheap has a ggod price but at $36 + $12 shipping I was hopeing to find them local. I may go ahead and order them. Thanks again.
