Default Ned help picking a CAI!

Ok guys I have two choices. Theres 2 cai's that are used but in perfect condition.
One guy is selling his AFE intake for 75 bucks shipped! And antoher guy is selling his C & L intake ........at 155 shipped!
Which is the better deal? I've always wanted a C & L intake.
Oh yeah! I will be getting a tune with either intake that I get.
Help me out with this guys!

the tune is the main thing that helps your car. Doubt youll see much difference between the 2 when tuned correct. But i may be wrong

IS that right.
That is exactely what I was thinking. Although the C & L looks a whole lot better IMO.
So would you guys go with the AFE regardless of the look compared to the C & L? Since they would make the same HP with a tune.....I am getting a tune. thanks guys.

i mean....ur gonna see a few hp no more than + or - 3 with either system once tuned i don't think. If i was you, i'd just go with the AFE for the price difference....i mean it's up to you though. depends on ur money situation. if you've got cash to just spare, then go C&L if, not, AFE

I really liked my C&L... It performed slightly better than my MMR on the dyno... but on the street is made a much larger improvement! The throttle response was much more snappy! I found the car was chirping the tires a LOT more! So I would have to vote for the C&L...

If you go with a C&L you CANNOT put it on until you get a tune!

I would go C&L mainly because if that is the look you love, you'll always be thinking how it will look in under your hood and eventually you might break down and go buy it for not as sweet a deal. Go for C&L and love it! JMHO
