You're screwed... park it now!!

Just kidding.. Unfortunately, I don't think you'll get the magic answer of "here's the exact solution". You'll have to remove the center console cover and take a peak at it.
This is something that should be covered under warranty anyways; so perhaps the dealership could take a look.

I'm sure I'm not telling you anything that you didn't already think of.. good luck.

If you're worried about the exhaust and tune (it SHOULDNT be an issue but you never know) you can look up the instructions for how to remove the center console and look yourself, or tune your car back to stock for the day its at the dealer

ya i have the same problem
the little orange indicator broke off and displays that its in park all the time
its not a big deal
as long as you can still shift the gears i wouldnot worry about it
unless your bothered by that kinda thing

unless your new exhaust is causing a tremendous amount of vibration which is causing the indicator to lose it position it should be covered. I doubt they can claim it came from anyother after market part unless you added something else to the drivetrain or transmission.

i just had a similar situation. my orange needle was stuck in neutral. which it didn't bother me. but as soon as it got cold here it got to where it wouldn't shift out of park after it had been sitting a while. i took it back to the dealership and they replaced my entire shifter. everything works fine now. hope this helps
