Default RE: Gains from CAI/Tune?

On my 4.0L/auto vert, I was at 180rwhp (stock, with a single GT muffler), which was a Mustang Dyno. I don't remember the torque number. While the car was still on the dyno, we installed a C&L intake and tune. The car went to 190rwhp and 220ft/lbs. Keep in mind that there was no learning curve for the car's computer. The car felt even stronger the day after I installed the tune/CAI. The firmed shifts and reduced throttle lag was also a major benefit. The vert is now stock, and I have the tune/CAI on my 4.0L/5spd coupe. No regrets buying the tune/CAI.

I did a write up on the C&L CAI, including before and after dyno sheets...
