Default mods on car ok?

Ok guys first off im kinda new here even though im not, i never post but ive had my account for quite a while.
anyhoo, last summer I got a 2006 mustang v6, it is now almost april and i only have (yes i know) about 1k miles on it, it wasnt driven much for a while as i just never got a chance to, and i was always driving my diesel 350...

but now time to get down and dirty and mod it a lil bit =)
the mods i wanted to do was cai and tune, and a mrt axleback.
i have a few questions: one, should i wait till i have more miles on this car to tune it, or should it be okay.
and second: im not fimiliar with tuners, is it possible to revert it back to stock before i take it in for its first service?
and lastly, im trying to decide what cai and tuner combo is best, i kinda narrowed it down to steeda cai + xcal2, and c&l + xcal2, is one any better than the other? i need some insight. thanks guys i appreciate it!

Yes -- You can revert back to stock as long as you have the tuner. I'd suggest getting the C&L/xcal2.

About the waiting, I'm not 100% sure.. but I wouldn't see why not.

BTW-- Get a tuner for your 350. I've got a 7.3L and tuned it and it made 1 hell of a difference.

You wont have any problems tuning it right away. And like they said its no problem tuning it back to stock before a dealer appt. it takes but 4mns to untune and retune stock settings (just remember to put the stock airbox back on when you go into) As for tuner combos, i would suggest either the C&L/SCT II combo or the Tunable Induction Combo (tunableinduction.com) the tunable is newer then the C&L but it still has great reviews so far and you can choose from 2 different intake styles for the same price but i would just make sure whatever tuner you get from get it from a shop who do these kind of tunings all the time i.e. Evolution Performance, Brenspeed.com and so on. Good Luck!
