quick header question

Default quick header question

hey everyone im new to this forum and im about to start doing some work to my car and i was looking at MAC LT headers first question is, is this a good choice and second question is do i have to buy the MAC off road prochamber or no? thank alot guys

For the longtubes, you do have to a matching midpipe. They make them with or without cats.

thanx for the help i noticed u have MAC shorties...how r those and should i consider those over the longtubes?

The answer to your first question is: No, they're not a good idea. Ford actually did a shockingly good job on the stock manifolds, and there's not really any power to be gained from going to headers unless you're supercharged.

Much, much better first mods would be a cold air intake and a tuner, especially the tuner, and a GT take-off muffler.
