To me, the clips online of the Pypes don't make Mustangs sound like the classic muscle car....it sounds raspy and at higher rpms sound ricey kind of...plus to me it doesnt sound like there is a deep rumble at idle like other mufflers w/ an H can provide.
A V6 will NEVER sound like a "classic muscle car"... It is a V6.

V6s sound like V6s.

The Pypes/Magnaflow/Flowmaster make it sound deep at low RPM, but it will always sound raspy at higher RPMs.

This doesn't sound rumbley at idle? It is only a camera movie so the sound quality isn't professional by any means.

still sounds good, does sound ricey at high rpms, but who cares, im happy with my exhaust and its tone, once i swap in the boss engine after the warranty expires on this, i'll have the true muscle car sound :-)

Sure will be nice!

I'm quite content with mine the way she is.

Rocker panels next, tuner and rims next year...

Then I'll be content again.

And then a CAI and some dress-up pieces...

Then I'll be content again...

I see a pattern developing...

I just noticed lately a new tone coming from my Pypes when passing 4000RPM.

They "shriek" like demons!

Me and the wife agree that my pypes sound ANGRY!!

LOL

I was looking at the stainless JBA h pipe from v6mustangstuff for $350. Does this come with all the hangers and stuff you need for install. I have some take offs already.
