Default Throttle bodies and Throttle body spacers

I was looking for upgrades for my 06 v6
was wondering if a bigger throttle body or a spacer or both is worth even looking at

Without F/I + a Dyno Tune bigger throttlebodies won't do much for our cars.

Don't waste your money on either, we tested the TB to be worth nothing.

The spacer isn't really worth it either. I have a Powerraid tb spacer and it makes plenty of interesting noise but I feel like my car runs better now that I've taken it off
