Where to find Matching Paint for Satin Silver

RE: Where to find Matching Paint for Satin Silver
I know Ford dealers sell a small bottle of Motorcraft for touch ups. It can be applied with a brush or pen. The code number for yourcolor is TL. Try going to the dealer first or try an automotive company that specializes in car paints. Here where I live there is a DuPont store that sells all kinds of automotive paints.

RE: Where to find Matching Paint for Satin Silver
Years ago, I had to match some paint to one of the motorcycles that I owned years ago. I bought a small paint "jar" with an aerosol top that propelled the paint onto the service (the nozzle looked like an aerosol nozzle with a small charge of propellant under it). It worked OK for the application. You can get the paint mixed at a auto paint shop. I have SATIN SILVER on my 05 and suspect that you would have to have a perfect mix of base coat and color coat and then some clear to make the parts match. Me, I would go and have it done at a shop.
