Default Tune rework for exhaust?

If I buy a 3 pack of tunes from b/-\ma for stock exhaust, would I have to get my tunes reworked if I decided to go with duals down the road? If so, do you know if they would charge to do that?

You bet. I got the 87perf, 91perf and 91torque. I like them all. 87p is my DD.
