my pypes system cost me $400 (including shipping) and installation was free (i did it out of my garage with a friend). and also the GT headers will not fit the six. just incase you were unsure. but JBA makes the best headers for the six according to the Pypes Rep i spoke with.

he said the whole system after the headers. That's a great deal Dylanfan, definitly do it. He pretty much needs everything from the headers back anyway(h-pipe, over axels, mufflers(he has)). So that's a great deal and the body shop fabbing of the cats and install shouldn't run more than a few hundread. So that's verygood. Good Luck on that!

you also really dont want to have a system fabbed up because of expense, my dad just had a true dual exhaust system fabbed for his vette (they didnt offer true duals in '76 for the vette) and it ran him almost 2.5 grand after all the labor and stuff (it was a full custom exhaust w/ hooker headers, and they had to fabricate an a/c bracket). custom is cool, but unless you got the money, id go with something that has already been manufactured. saves time and money. and still looks great.

Thanks for the advice but I am thinking of going another way. See my new post about dual exhaust.

I would think since the 02 sensor is located at the cats you wouldn't want to remove that because of warranty issues unless your car is out of warranty or you don't care about the warranty.
