So you went 5000 miles with no oil and filter change?

 

Yes I did. That's what the Ford owner's manual says. However since I'm not sure what kind of oil I got in this change (I suspect regular oil) I'll probably go the 3g's and then have it changed using the synthetic blend and then go back to the 5 g's. Why would Ford recommend every 5g's if it wasn't designed to work that way?
