Default window problem....

hi guys.. i looked around the forums for an answer before i posted and i didn't really find a solution that worked or matched my particular problem..

so i have a 05 v6 mustang.... i have had it for three years now..... and never had this problem.. everytime i get out of the car.... my windows keep dropping all the way down..... its not half way...... i dont know what to do.. any help??

hmm, never heard of that happening before, try talking to adealership about it, see if they have experienced this problem before

There is a reset function for the window drop - if you search you might find it because I know it has been posted before. When I tried to search the function doesn't seem to be working for me for some reason. Maybe someone else will have the thread or another site that explains it?

To reset the express window drop thing, sit in the car with the window up, and hold the window switch in the up position for 3 seconds.

You could try that & see if it helps, but I've never heard of the window dropping all the way down when you get out, so I dunno. Probably best to take a trip to the dealer for that one.

To fix it, open the glove box and read the owners manual. The procedures are there.

i would jut take it to the dealer so that you can drool over the shelby's on the lot while your car gets serviced......[8D].
