I wanna put an Eaton M112 on my 4.0...

You can already jam enough air into a 4.0 manifold with an MP90 that the inlet air temps have reached a max allowable level. The MP112 would just push more air in, resulting in unacceptably high inlet air temps. You just can't cram any more air into the manifold without going with an intercooler. And there is a lot more to the setup than the manifold. Next you have to route the belt around the supercharger head, and that takes lots of doing. Better off waiting for the XCharger to have the intercooler done, then get that.

has anyone said if the intercooler can be added later on an already x-charged 6?

It is for sure. If you are thinking about buying an X now, then adding the cooler later, that is probably not the best idea though. You will probably end up spending a lot more than if you were just to buy it as a kit from the start. Plus, if you are paying for the install, you will probably have to pay a lot extra too.

Actually, you don't need to dyno tune again. Most of the tunes pull timing when temps go up.... the intercooler keeps the temps down, so the time just doesn't get pulled. In every case, the tune is advanced as much as it can be for a given inlet air temp... the IC just keeps the temps down. I know Justin at VMP has stated that no retune is neccessary.

has anyone explored this guys custom manifold for the 4.0? I believe I heard about on it this forum.
