I have louvers over the back 1/4's so it is darker than yours already, plus a tint, so the cabin is going to look darker. If you want it to look dark get 10 or 15% on your back window. 20% on the 1/4's will look blacked out, I promise. 5% on the 1/4's will not make a difference on the outside.. you just wont be able to see out it well from the inside.. I dont see why you have to do that.. plus you keep the same look almost all the way around.

I say 20 all around, and 15 on the back. I you want to go even more with the tints, get a 20% strip where my windshield banner is. then you will have very little light entereing that car .

(so they don't start looking for more things to ticket you with..)

the side ones are already covered by louvers.. and so it the back.. so I doubt they'd notice.

 

I have 5% on my black stang with black interior, its dark as ****...girls love it if you catch my drift[8D]
heres a cell phone pic i took at the parkin garage at a local mall...i got out with my girlfriend and she was all over me...and i just kept standin there lookin at my stang its true, i love the car more [&:][:@][8D] PS. I live in copland and have yet to have any trouble with my tint, we almost got arrested for street racing and they didnt even mention that my tint was too dark and my cars not inspected...

 

That shtick doesnt work LOL unless you're aBeamer(Which actually DOES come with factory tint)my buddy was pulled over in his Magnum by the CHP and used that excuseand the cop didnt give a crap LOL he was just looking for someone to pull over since it was New Years and we were leaving the bar[:'(]

 

I have 35% on the the doors and 20% on the quarters and back. I'm about to take off the the tint on the doors and go 20% on them. I was afraid to go to dark on the doors because I didn't want cops to harrass me but seeing all these cars driving around town with what looks to be 10% I figured I should be able to go darker. So 20% is what I will go with on the doors because it is not too dark but dark enough. I know, DANG!! Someone ran a redlight and hit me. Pissed me off. Just wanted to show a pic of what some dumbass did to my car, but its fixed now.

this is 30% all the way around. It looks way darker cuz of the black guts and roof ,, plus that teenie weenie back window the vert has i assume.
