when i get around to tinting mine i will probably do 5% all around but possibly go the next lighter one for the front windows, i live in cali so the front windows arent supposed to have any tint at all, does anyone know what you need (skin condition wise) to get a doctors note to allow tint?

These are pics of 35% on front, 20% on rear/ quarter windows in the sun and shade from different angles. Black interior.

State legal in Virginia.

I think 5% on all three back windows is perfect! I don't know about your condition making it legal and at what level, but that would be great for you! I hope they would allow that. But 30% in the front is great. I would have liked 20% but CA is strict so I didn't want to take that chance.
