Default Inside wheel Well

I was washing my car tonight and when I got to the Pass side I seen that the Wheel well plastic at the rear of the well was looking like it was ready to fall off it was loose and after looking I see a part is missing and it holds the well to the car half way up the part. it looks to be a large plastic plug like is used in the trunk that you pull to change a bulb. Any one have this happen to them? I 'm going to have to order one so I thought if thay fall off a lot I might just order extra. What do you all say? this ever happened to you?
