wow.. the forums deleted like seven posts.... damn... anyways.. the car was totaled.. they first quoted 6000 to fix it.. .then put it on a lift to look at the frame, and seeing as it did right angles by the tires, it was totaled. They want to gvie me around 14K for it. The milage killed me i had 60K miles. oh well....

as for what im getting i dont know yet... im looking for another black on black leather five speed stang whether its a sixxer or a gt i just dont want a lot of out of pocket expense for it. Im thinking of buying a motorcycle and waiting for the 2009s to come out, mabye at the end of the year the 05-08s will be cheap. haha... suggestions? anyone know of a black on black leather 5 spd for around 14K? Theyre impossible to find... ive spent a week looking for them.. they seem to be the most popular color combo and the ppl with them dont want to sell them.... [:@]... haha

but i would love a shelby ... just dont have an extra 35 grand laying around haha

It sucks that you get put in a setbackbecause of someone elses stupid error. Something is wrong with that. I poked around our area, not sure exactly where you are located, and there are a few black on black, but they are all automatics and all were convertable, except this one, it is a GT (but still auto):

I wonder if your dealership could do a regional search for one? Ours searches all the surrounding states (Nv, Ca, Or, Wa, Id, Ut, Az) whether it is for new or used.

there are a few black on black gt manuals around here in raleigh NC, but no sixxers... i dont know if i can afford the extra 6K that will be needed to get at GT, which is why i wanted another sixxer... asking the dealerships is a good idea though thanks!
