ReaperGT- Greetings from Northern Nevada! Hey, check on your local Craigslist.com, just do a search for "mustang" and see what all comes up.
The craigslist for Reno area has a few people selling their stock 17" bullits, I believe the set of 4 including tires was only $250-300. Since you're in Vegas, it just might be worth a drive.
edit: I looked in the Vegas section, wow there's lot of stuff for sale! Better to search for "mustang wheels". I did find these adds which may be of interest to you?

If nothing else, maybe paint a set of bullits to have the black spoke?

Yeah I hate these rims too but i cant really afford new ones right now so im trying to find cheap fixes to make them look at least a little bit better. I was thinking about painted them all black all the way around but i just dont want them to look like those spare tire rims. Does anyone have pics of the guys car who painted his sixxer rims? I'd say go with a chrome lip since you have a black car. (like you have on the photoshopped version) You don't want too much black or it just looks a bit...off. I would say that if you're going to make it a permanent thing to powder-coat them rather than paint, but it sounds like you just want something for now. Go for it.

2. Thank you 4Rowdy for the info and links. Those are definitely some awesome deals that they have out here. I want those fr500s :P but i dont have any money for those right now.
3. tdaddy thank you so much for that link. I needed to actually see the rims before i commited to this idea. It looks really good for a 30 dollar fix.
4. optras, i heard powdercoating is like five to six hundred bucks and honestly i dont like these rims that much to make the money worth it.
