Default Spark Plug DIY?

Ive tried searching and came up with nothing. I have a 05 v6 second owner. Not sure if the spark plugs were changed before me so thats why I want to do them. Does anyone have a proper DIY on how to do them?

Socket size?
Extension Size?
What type of plugs for a daily driver (no boost)?
What do I gap them too? Or can I get them pre gapped?
What do I torque them down too?

Thanks all!

idk the size, i used a 3/4 inch drive on my plug socket, which has a rubber seat to grip them with. the gap is .052 i also have a 05 4.0. they shouldnt really need looking at for 100,000 miles it says but i checked them at 60,000 and they were fine, wire brush got rid of the carbon build up. i didnt torque them down i made it so i could not tighten it with my fingers, then half a turn with the wrench. id ware gloves too, i got pretty cut up on plastic clips and what not. and use a fender cover over your car so you dont scratch it like my friend did with his belt on his truck..man was he pissed.

Double check the gap - at least on the set I bought the gap was .054, and the store said that they were the factory replacement double platinum - the they looked to be the same exact plug that I pulled out.

I had 72,000 miles on the factory set and they were actually in good condition still.

Well the book says to change them at 90,000 so looking good at 72,000 should be correct.
