I wouldn't know about the parts...
I deal with the Ford dealer only, since there isn't aftermarket on Ford bumpers.

Here's a pic of the absorber difference between GT and V6.
Very subtle.
I took that piece out when I put my CS cover.
You can also live it and shave the excess. Your choice.

So i guess all i am going to do is get the fender well liners and just shave the foam down myself. Will that be good?
