Ford Racing Mustang K-Springs....
Do they fit V6s without any problems? I contacted AM and they said its a universal fit and should go on a 6 without any issues. I decided to check other sites and I find that they say "GT only" and thatthere is a Specific set for V6s. Anyone know what the deal is here? I'm interested in getting these because they're cheaper than Eibachs and provide about the same drop too.
Heres what AM has on their site

And on StangMods

RE: Ford Racing Mustang K-Springs....
Front GT springs dont go well on the fronts of V6s
because of the engine weight differences between
the 4.0L and the 4.6L.
The rears are interchangable somewhat between the
V6 and the GT as the *** end weights are somewhat similar.
Dont believe aftermarket spring companies that claim one size
fits both the V6 and the GT. Thatsnot correctwhen talking about
the front springs.
Ford Racing's K-Springs bring enhanced performance handling and upgraded looks to the 2005+ Mustang. Relieving people's eyes of the jacked up 4x4 look modern Mustangs are known for, K-Springs drop a GT Mustang approximately 1.5 inches! Better handling, better looks, better performance, great price, what more could you ask for!
Specifications:
[ul][*]Fits 2005+ Mustangs GT Coupes only[*]Does NOT fit V6's or Convertibles [*]Progressive spring designed for increased handling and performance[*]Lowers 2005+ Mustang GT approximately 1.5"[/ul]

RE: Ford Racing Mustang K-Springs....
I spoke to AM Nick about it and he said it WASN'T right. He said that V6's use N-Springs I believe. I spent the better part of the day yesterday at work trying to find that out. I picked some Eibach Pro-Kits in the end
