Default Question for people that have Vortech v2/v3!

On July 30, I placed an order in for the vortech v3 polish high output w/after cooler for my 4.0/v6 mustang and today is the 20th of August and still no F/I

Is there anyone that have a vortech s/c for the 4.0/v6 that had to wait a month to get there s/c'er?

This really bites because, this is the week that I'm supposed to get the dam kit installed and they haven't shipped the kit out, yet.

My girl had told me to wait and she'll buy me the x-charger for x-mas, but no I cant wait.

Dave is a great guy and he would have had me up and running, smoking those stock GT's that think there crap don't smell. lol

Thanks for allowing me to blow off some stream.
Denny

Congrats man. I can hardly wait a week on normal parts. I couldn't imagine having to wait over a month for a blower! When I ordered a Vortech for my Cobra I went and picked it up because I couldnt wait on shipping, haha.

Don't wait!!! CANCEL!!!! Get a turbo!!!

I am not even kidding....I had the vortech and it was not worth it. Either get the X or if you want the most power get a turbo. TRUST ME DUDE!!!!

I had a lot of problems with the vortech and the install was tuff too. They also had a couple of bad batches that the bearings would go out in so if you do decide to get the vortech I hope you don't get one of those.

Your right black mamba gtt!

I've canceled the vortech order because now I'm thinking that some parts may be missing and then I'll have to wait another month to get those parts.

I'm now looking into the x-Charger, Pro Charger and the Power House turbo is like 700.00 more then the vortech and the PH turbo is like only 17.00 to ship to me.

I now have to wait for vortech to that charge off of my account.
We'll see what happen.
Thanks,
Denny

I would go turbo IMO I have seen plenty of supercharged GTs and they don't even compare to a Turbo. Even tho urs is a 6 like mine. I wish I would have gone with the turbo.

Hey Black Mambo!
So I didn't listen to you and got the vortech snail. I'm now trying to get someone to install it for me, because the guy that was supposed to install it will be going away!
So I trying to find someone else.

Wish me luck on this polish snail.
Thanks,
Denny

As soon as I get the kit out of my trunk and get it installed, I'll share pic's and a sound clip of the Gibson exhaust setup.

I may swap out the Gibson's for the Flowmaster, JBA or the FRPP Dual Exhaust.
I'll see once the S/C'er is on the car.

Check you guys later!
Denny
