I did 1 tank with the SCT 87 economy tune under the same driving conditions and roads and got 19.56mpg. I don't know if that's just normal variance in driving or if it's from the economy tune. I clearly know that the economy tune on a tuner is not a great help for city mpg though. I checked the highway rpm's though and it looks like it may help with by gaining a couple mpg's on the highway for you if you do a lot of commuting like that. Other than that, it looks like it's no good for the city. Good buy if you're looking for a little better highway mpg or with a cai or getting gears or a future dyno tune, but not great if your just looking for city mpg. Will take a few years to pay for itself if you do a lot of highway I would guess.
