No you will not need a tune with duals because it doesn't affect the way the car runs. You're not going to run more lean or rich by freeing up the exhaust. But something that will affect the lean/rich factor will need a tune. Which is pretty much anything done to the motor itself, like spark, intake, f/i etc.
