I had a problems like this here in MD. I had a motor part on my fan go bad. The deal said it was my fault and I had to pay. So after two weeks I call the big wigs in Detroit. I complained and explained that between my parents and I we have owned over 8 fords. I told them I has highly upset and there was a local chevy dealer with really nice cars. A couple of days later my local garage called and said they had someone coming to get my car and it would be fixed free of charge. Then I got a letter from Detroit saying that they were sorry about the actions of my local dealer.

its happened a couple times. use your money you invested into a ford vehicle to your advantage. best way to do it is to either call in or hand write a letter.

yes i bought the car used with 45000 miles on it it now has 83000 on it.... I bought an extended warranty with the car which is a 4 year 48000 mile warranty. its the extra care ESP warranty so it will cover the damages if they dont void it...

Inresponse to Mustang fanatic from what i understand they have the engine broken down and awaiting the guy from the Esp program to come see if they are going to void my warranty.
