Default Suspension Choices

Alright so I decided to go with the 18in Black Shelby Razors now have to decide what to do with the suspension on a limited budget. I got maybe 300-400 to spend on the suspension right now. I don't want to drop it a ton just so there is no 4 X 4 look. So the chioces I have come up with:

1. Roush rear springs and roush rear shocks

2. A more conservative set of springs all around say Steeda UltraLites and wait awhile before get new shocks and struts.

With the second option may get D-Specs but would be a while before could get the money to pay for them so would have to ride around on stock shocks and struts for little bit.

Well if I go steeda then I will check after I add them to see if I need a panhard bar but I could get that right away probably just can't find the extra 500 for the dspecs

300-400 May cover the D-Specs alone so either save up so you can get both or get some Tokico HPs if the adjustability isnt as important to you...

Well adjustability isn't that important just want some that will soften the ride

If adjustibility isnt an issue, go with what So Cali suggested. However I would highly recomend getting new shocks/struts with springs. Not only will it be less expensive to install both at the same time but it will ride properly. I had just rear roush springs and after a month and a half, I said 'F it' and went and got d-specs and pro-kit. Im sooo glad I did, its everythinig I wanted and more. Id just hate to see you spend money on something and then do what I did and realized you did something half-assed.

Figure out what you really want. Spend the money once. Enjoy.

i have the hp series on h&r springs, i would say stick to the hp, i didnt want the dspecs. bilstein also makes shocks n struts. as far as springs my pick is the h&r like mine or eibach

I put my FRPP N Springs on before I did any shocks/struts, ran like that for a few months. I would recommend getting some tokico's but it wont kill you to run with springs and stock shocks for a bit.
