Any upgrades available for v6 automatic transmission?
I've been kind of wondering that myself. A good friend of mine put a B&M "shift kit" on the auto trans. of his S10 blazer and it delivered some impressive results. I don't think there's anything out there like that for our transmission though.
Here is a post I put up a long while ago. There are some options, though us having a smaller input shaft can be a limiting factor.

I just sent an email into Larry's transmissions to see if they could do the same for the 4.0, and offer a upgrade to our input shaft as well.
Russ (sniper) also found this as an option (thanks man):

You are all already aware of the benfit of the TQ converter they make, as Super Natural Performance has given us the hook up on them. But what I found interesting was this part:
"Oversize Torque Converter Clutch Modulator Sleeve and Plunger Assembly"
Which sounds like it would have helped my now junk yarded 5r55 that was failing on the 3-4 shift. Might be an alternative for 4.0 auto owners pushing big power. The c4 can be adapted to our cars, but its a ton of fab work and to date, no one has adapted a 4r70 to the 4.0.
