WHY 20" Wheels?
I wasn't talking about the width of those tires. You can always get them wider. My point was the smaller wheel and bigger profile. Oh and that car I posed there had more HP stock than a current GT stock by a lot. That's a 68 GT500 which came with a 428 and made 390HP @ 5600 and 460 TQ @ 3200. I'm not saying it would hook with those tires but still.
I'd like to have these kind of tires http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/overv...al-t-a/12.html Old school baby!
Of course they only make those in 14, 15 and 16 inch. I was looking at some bullit style 15 inchers that would work with those tires. The only thing is I don't know if that kind of wheel would bolt up. I'd love to have some old school style tires on it like these though.

me and a few others are always getting together on the weekends and hanging out....we'll have to get together sometime
Hey all now I am second guessing my plan. I am looking at getting a set of 20" deep dish black bullitts from crusin concepts. I don't really want to make a screamer out of my ride but don't want to loose a lot of preformance. and I will be getting a body kit soon.
where in Georgia are you?
Antipeterleague - I've already explained that BECAUSE it's a V6, losing ANY acceleration is unacceptable...
I got the V6 because of concerns for insurance & fuel costs. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I had it to do over.. I'd buy a GT! Since I'm going to have to live with the V6 for a year or two.. I'm trying to ENJOY it! You don't mind too much I hope? LOL!
