Default Paint Chip caused by an idiot

Well I went to school in my moms car because it was snowing and left my car in the garage which parks two cars but only mines there. The garage is owned by my neighbor and I pay monthly. I came back and found a paint chip on the rear bumpber the size of a penny. I was pissed as hell. I asked if anybody parked in the garage and he said that he did. I showed him the rear bumper and where the chip was and he said that he did bump me and thought he didn't do anything. He then said I should have parked further in. I was like are you kidding me I pay for this garage every month so I can be the only one who parks here. If I wanted my car to be scratched I'd park it outside. Well then he said that it was his fault and he'll pay for it. Well I told him I don't want a crappy job and told if it comes down to repainted my bumper which is a gt500 bumper painted redfire we will repaint. But if it can be fixed without repainted I'll do it. My question is will professional body shops make do a good job.

If its Redfire then you will have to get the bumper repainted its a metallic paint and if you fix just that spot the metallic paint will be Different then the rest of the bumper and show like a sore thumb ive got a scratch on my front bumper of my alloy car that goes all the way to the plastic and thats what the ford body shop told me had to be done because of it being a metallic paint

Good shops can match but be careful where you take it!

I had to have my redfire metallic bumper painted THREE
times before the match was even close.
