Default 2006 TCS/ABS lites on

Just a quick question I have a problem on a 2006 mustang v-6 (wifes car). ABS and TCS warning lites on. Read codes c1165 (speed wheel sensor RR input circuit failure) and c1235 (speed wheel RR input signal missing) . Based on this I replaced the RR sensor but lites still on. Question is, does anything need to be reset or does system check on startup automaticaly reset itself? I assume it may be a fault in the wiring at this point. Also has anyone used the ALLDATA web site where you purchase a 1 yr. subscription to the repair manual for your car on line. It's suppposed to have all the dealer and tech info you need including wiring diagrams. Thanx for your time.
