Default Shift Problem

It seems my 05 stang is having a problem shifting down and I was wondering if any body else had this problem, it is when you are stopping and then you accelerate and it jerks like its in-between gears it happens when going between 10 and 20 mph at around 1500 to 2000 rpm.

Automatic?
Manual tranny?
So are you aggressivly stopping or just normal slowing down?
Then you accelerate normal or aggressive style?
If its an auto, have it serviced asap.
Not much info to do an over the internet diagnosis.

And you have plenty of tranny fluid in there?
Sounds like one of your bands is burned?
The computer does all the shifting with solenoids.
Can you run thru an online troubleshooting guide on your own?

It takes time for the link to load.
Be patient and when you think it is not
going to load, it loads and is readable....
