So I'm going to the track tonight to run my car completely stock before I start adding stuff to it over the summer. Anything that I should know before I go? I know I need to wear long sleeves long pants but do I need a helmet? And I should stay out of the water right? Any help would be appreciated thanks guys.

stay on the track and keep all tires on the ground... very important. good luck dude.

Make sure OD is off if you are an auto. Make sure TC is off. Be prepared to drop the rears down to 25psi.
