Thank you guys for your replies..........i already got the car with winter tires...now.i have to just put some weight in the trunk....

Congrats! What a steal! And you'll be fine in all kinds of weather...like others said, snow tires plus a little trunk weight and you're golden. Spoken from experience: I got 2 feet of snow this past week...it doesn't get much worse than that around here...the car does way better than our family's other car---a front wheel drive Mercury with all-season tires. Now THAT always makes for an interesting winter driving experience!
