I saw where someone made a custom intercooler for the Vortec from e-bay , but now i can't find it in the search , can someone point me in the right direction !

lol. Yes I did "have it" (sold it all for going with a v8 swap).
Reminds me...I need to create a 'how-to' thread on making the intercooler setup.

well im going vortech v3 ,and your how to intercooler is just what i was looking for , save about 700 by doing an air to air , and im going with meth as well . so i know i'll have plenty of cooling

did you get the custom intercooler?? I am looking to do the same, already contacted American Muscle and TurboHorsepower for some custom kits...

EDIT: Just got a quote from THP and their intercooler WITH mounting brackets, piping and BOV plate is $750. Its the one based off their single turbo kits. Not sure if it's 3inch in/out for the piping, but almost sure they are...
