Seriously, even the GTs are a dime a dozen now and will even be more so, once the 2011 5.0 come out. Just look at CarMax.....they are loaded with Mustangs, even GT500 are going for a fair price....at least in my area.

keep your S197, other than the engine (and only because the 04 has 2 more cylinders) it's still a better car all around compared to a 2004

The S197 is hands down a better car.

The ONLY thing you will get by trading down is a V8 rumble.
I'd assume a New Edge GT would run away from an S197 V6 mod for mod and stock for stock. I had a friend years ago that ran a 13.9 in an 02 GT with just an intake. Not a common time though. What do stock New Edge manuals run? Like 14.3-14.5?
