LOL, That's funny. Let's see, I've served in the military, went to war, taken a ride over smoking battlefields in a Blackhawk, worked as a prison guard and I love hot women, hot cars and cold beer and I think the grabber blue on the 2010 kicks ***.

Guys don't worry about what some shrimp dick, no life, little man loser says about your color choice or the fact that you have a V6. I had a 2006 GT and aside from straight ahead speed they aren't any better than a V6. The 2010 handles good and still has plenty of power. For everyday street driving to get you around town and back and forth to work it actually makes a lot more sense than a GT to me. If the guy that left the note on the original posters car was a real man he would have stuck around and made that statement to your face instead of leaving a note. . . like a *****. LOL

Well in point of fact the orginial six cylinder mustangs used an inline six motor not a V6, but I get what you mean.

Ok, my third and final post on this one. I've had people tell me my V6 (and my GT when I had it) aren't really sports cars because they are automatic. You hear this a lot but mostly from people who don't have a clue about modern cars or a little thing called an ECM. In many instances in todays modern cars the automatic is actually faster than the manual. You will be hard pressed to find an everyday driver who can outdrive the computer. I like stick shifts too, but they are something of a relic of the past in todays modern technological age. I think they are kept around largely because of the lingering misperception that you have more control over the car with the manual and a sports car is "supposed" to have a stick. It's outdated thinking from an age of cars long since defunct. The other aspect of it is that an auto is a lot easier to live with in city driving where I'm sure most of us drive. Just my two cents.

Previous PROUD V6 OWNER Yes. A V6 mustang is still a mustang, in a tamer form. I lvoed my V6, just bought my GT Saturday, and If i had the funds, I would have kept my V6 as well.

I got the same remark once, about my LL. LOL.
Funny thing, I'm sure it's some pimpled dork behind his computer typing these kinda things.

In my experience most of the people who make that type of comment are driving a POS themselves.

I had one experience at the drag strip where a friend of a Firebird owner called out "no problems - it's just a V6 convertible". Right after that comment I hit the nitrous purge which came out of the running pony snout. Treed the Firebird that was making a lot of noise, beat him to the stripe and beat him on ET as well. For some reason he and his buddy didn't want to talk in the pits.

That's true! What my point was a 6 began the legacy! Sorry I got caught up in the bashing of the v6! I love mine and would not switch it for the '11 model. However I did put in my estimate for the Bristol challenge
to win an '11 v6 but will still keep the '10

Y'know it's one thing to get heckled at a stoplight or something, but being left a note? Really?
The best part is no one really cares as much as that guy

man i used to have a 06 gt that i loved and invested to much in but had to trade in... now i got my new pony package which saves me more money on payment and insurance, doesn't give me the modding itch as bad as a gt(since i have no plans to make it a race car), and IMO looks better.. all i want to do to my new 10 is dual exhaust (mainly for look) and cs69's just because nobody else has them.

pretty simple explaination for having a sixer.. i am very satisfied with her and wouldnt trade her for anything.

It's like the old saying, you can tell a lot about the character of a person by what they do when they think no one is looking.

The internet, and by extension losers who leave notes on cars, is a perfect example of that. Here everyone is anonymous and just look at the some of the rude uncalled for remarks that people will make towards you or about you. We all know that 99% of them would never say some of the rude remarks to your face that they will say to you on the net where you don't know who they are. See the comment above right? It's not just this forum either as I'm sure all of you know. Visit just about any forum on any topic and you will find people who are just rude and offensive just for the sake of being rude and offensive. It gives you an idea of the kind of person they really are inside.
