oldtimer stanger

well sorry to say old fred and i have parted company
i returned my 06 auto mustang back to stock before the trade in
now my buddy that has an 09 mustang v6 manual wants to buy my sct tuner and c&l intake from me.
what is involved in this move. my unit is a sct 2 with vmp tunes installed
what i have read in seach is, since i returned my car back to stock it should be unlocked
my tuner has only been used on my 06 only(so i should have 4 unlocks avaliable?)
i have read there are differences in the ecms between 05-06 and 07-09(is that a problem?)
i know he will have to get different tunes since his is a manual but is that all i will have to do to make my sct work on his car
