it was really simple
it was a direct replacement all i had to do was snap off the old one and then snap in the new one
problem is i cant for the life of me remember where i got the damn thing!!! lol
i just tried searching for it and i cant figure it out
x pipe has a raspy sound on high rpms, gains, main dif, 1 to 3 whp top end, not worth for my taste, I like better the H,,,,
I don't know who started saying that but they have the head up the *** problem. A X-pipe can be made to sound as deep and any h-pipe and way better exhaust flow to boot.

aw man lol, maybe it will eventually pop up. Can you send me some full length shots of you stang?
alright thank you, I'll be sure to ask those questions today. So basically, the h pipe is mainly a sound addition?
H-pipes and X-pipes are both primarily about sound. Separate exhaust pipes (no crossover) are the most efficient for our even firing V6's, and hence better for performance.
You definitely want to stick some kind of cross-over pipe in there because the 4.0 engine likes to work with a little bit of back-pressure and straight pipes are a little too free-flowing.
This is simply not true. Otherwise, would you suggest he add in a small section of 2" piping to add backpressure? Of course you wouldn't...
Here is the fundamental truth:
* More backpressure is always bad
* Less backpressure is always good

previous experiences, had 8 cars wich on most of them I tryed different exhausts, im not saying they would make a raspy sound like a k20 honda with no exhaust after the header, but yeah x pipes do have a raspier note on the top end, exhuast flow to boot?? what do you mean by that? cfm flow?
here some oxamples on multiple cars
