Default Engine parts

hey guys, so, i have the basic CAI,tune,exhaust,t-lok but i want more, i really want a supercharger but i don't wanna buy one and just slap it on, i wanna get the most out of this car i can, and it doesn't hurt to be a little bit on the safe side, i have heard these engines are not the charger-friendliest.

anyway, i've been looking for some sites that sell cams, heads, gears, pistons etc. I knew of SSM but i heard they we're out of business, wasn't sure so i decided to ask you guys to name me a couple of places.

2 more things, I found some pacesetter LT's, am i looking at any gains there?

what kind of a supercharger do you recommend, i want to get the most out of this car i can, it is my daily driver but i race everytime i get, i love it

thanks guys

These engines can handle a good amount of boost pretty safely, it just all depends on which setup you go and what you are looking to get out of it.

I am biased, but I am a fan of the x-charger. If you get the intercooled version it is the most expensive option, but one of the easiest to install, and safest imo. It is also the only option that puts a roots style blower on your 4.0.

There is also PH turbo, vortech, uhm.... I forget the others off the top of my head... all good choices also.

Welcome to MF.
