Default REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS

If I buy J&M rear lower control arms for my 2005 v6, will it help my car accelerate off the line? My main goal is to avoid the spinning out of my tires after I slam on the acceleration.

you can fix that with a drive mod.... if your a standard at least. Feathering the clutch and gas can cut a significant time off your 1/4. saved me .3 seconds

lower control arms will not prevent wheel spin

they will prevent wheel hop however. try using wider/better quality tires instead, and feathering the throttle

You should look into a TLok and some gears first.

Or some wider than OEM tires as well as a T-Loc.

Lower lca's will help with wheel hop, by feathering he means changing drive style, some people are heavy when releasing the clutch, some people are light and let out slowly on the clutch, I have some j&m lca's on my car, I am pretty impressed with them, the best upgrade so far for me is the tires, tires can make a huge difference in launching.

i have the opposite problem...

in my automatic 07, my wheel would barely spin when i stomped it... then i put a custom tune/cai, 8.8 rear with 3.73/tloc gears and aluminum driveshaft and now both tires will roast as long as you hold the petal down...

I don't have a clutch though? It is an automatic. And I don't slam on the acceleration on green lights or stop signs or stuff like that. I only do it every once in a while if I want to go fast and I'm the only car on the street.
