No, but it depends upon the application. On a stock engine it won't add noticeable hp. Even supercharged it's not worth spending $300+ when you can get something like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT and gain roughly the same power.
