MANY times people get nowhere with these kinds of problems. IMO, it's a salute to SCT.
+1 ^^
On a good note, you are dealing with a great company and they will get it right. When I ordered my cutom tunes, I had an issue with one of my tunes and I had to get a new tune and upload from my email. Try and be patient, I know it's hard, believe me! Good luck!

Well I talked to american muscle and they are shipping me a tuner overnight! so hopefully everything will check out ok now. I was also wondering if it is ok to put the JLT intake on without the tune? It says on the instructions that it will hurt my engine without the tune.. but that doesn't make sense, just wanna double check

Very good! No, do NOT install the JLT without the custom tune. You will run into code issues and your car will not run properly. I am able to use my Airaid CAI, because it does not require a tune, however it didn't add much performance gain w/out the custom tune.
Keep us posted once you get the tuner in hand.

Ok, finally I got the replacement tuner and I put the intake on and installed the 91 race tune. I was little nervous starting my car but it started up fine! It's a great mod that I could feel a diff. it was definitely worth the wait, thanks for the advice! Next on to my exhaust
