So the hubby is bound and determined that we need to get a bike rack to go on my car. A friend who owns a bike shop ordered one in that said it was for a 2010, but it has to sit on the lip of a bumper, and it won't work safely on my car. Does anyone have one that is safe for a 2010? If so, what is it? I am not too keen on having a bike dent up the back of my car!

Put a trailer hitch on and purchase a rack to fit in that. Much nicer design.

I just purchased a hitch through RockAuto for my 06. It arrived in one day and installed in an hour. No drilling, (5) bolts. I use it with a hitch rack and it works great, keeping the bikes away from the car. The hitch is virtually invisible from behind. All you see is the receiver. The only possible problem might be getting it on if you have an after market exhaust. My Flowmaster AT wouldn't work with the hitch.
