Default Cruise Control Switches

Can anyone tell me how to remove the cruise control switches from the steering wheel on a 2009? I bought a used GT leather covered and the switches are very worn so I want to put my newer ones in it. I see from the Ford parts web that they can be replaced.

Dont get me wrong Nuke, but dumping someoff at the door to the library
is just more than some can undertake...
I have seen it in printed form but the online version is missing some items...

It seems they just pop out with plastic tools.
If you had the new switches in your hand, you should be able to backwards
engineer the removal process... ???

Switches should just be pop on / pop off. I can't imagine them being screwed/glued.

Oh, there are no screws.
The screws on the rear of the
steering wheel are to hold the
air bag in place.
