2006 Mustang automatic shift cover
Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum and was hoping to get some advice. I am not sure if I am calling the part by the right name, but the automatic transmission shift cover in my 2006 Mustang does not move with the lever like it is supposed to. Here is a picture:
What are my options? Is this fixable? Or could I buy a part off the internet and have a mechanic install it for me? In case you couldn't tell, I have no automotive skills whatsoever.

Hmm... you might try the workshop manual here. http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=461&viewfil...le%20Floor.pdf take it apart and assess the damage.
