Welcome. Put up some pictures! As for snow tires, I am not sure. I unfortunately had the budget to get the cheapest (hardest) tires I could for mine, and that was all year round. Still, stangs are notorious for a light rear and like to slip around in the snow and rain anyway.

Blizakks are best (I can never spell them right...)

If you look around you can probably find a comparison of Blizzaks with other snow-tires...
microscopic scale, there is a HUGE difference.
I've got a stack of Blizzaks sitting in my garage, waiting for winter here in NE.
I'd check craigslist, you can usually find a really good deal on some brand new ones.

Congrats.
Be sure to post up pictures, and what packages did you order it with?

I had Dunlop Winter sports for 5 years and they were very good.Last year I was at a car show and the guy parked next to me was selling 4 Blizzaks with less than 1000 miles on them. When I asked how much he wanted he said how's $40 sound...I said $40 each and he said no...$40 for all 4...I almost tripped over myself.Anyway the Blizzaks are a better winter tire.

I have a set of ice-x, used 2 full seasons in MI. I would recommend these to anyone.
