Bad news. Boiling points are not the only factor when specing
brake fluids. The Mustang Mags have done many write-ups
on the differences in the DOT fluid specs.
DOT 5 and DOT 5.1 are very different.
5 is silicone based, whereas 5.1 is synthetic and made out of the same stuff as 3 and 4.

and I haven't had any problems, I was just reccommended to go up to 4 or 5.1 since I'll be starting track stuff soon.

Got these 4 Perfomance rotors 3 months ago on ebay.
What a mistake.....
Total junk, rust everywhere, vibrate like a vibrators ;}, pads that came with them broke in shipping.
And poor stopping power compared to the original gt rotors.
Stay away from these. $200 down the drain.
