I have the same problem with the headliner coming unclipped, I had it in to the dealer twice and i took it apart the last time and it still comes undone.
I haven't had any problems with where the 2 windows meet but my driver window goes up half way and then comes back down so i have to push out on the window so it goes up all the way. It seems like there is something off inside the door and the window track is off. I will try and get it into the dealer next month and get that fixed.
