Default New purchase 2005 Base model Convertible

Hey everyone I just joined this forum. I purchased a 2005 base model convertible for my wife to replace her 2002 Mustang convertible. I have some questions I hope someone can help me with.
1) I can't seem to find the interior trunk release button, the 2002 had it in the glove box. Is there one located inside the car?
2) I want to purchase a repair manual c/d and wiring diagrams. I'm a Volvo tech and do all of my own work. I have access to alldata at home and at the dealership but would like a factory manual. I see some on ebay any one beter than the rest?
3) The radio is the shaker 500 I don't see a aux input hole and when I select the aux button it come up with a message "No Aux Available" I assume that means it doesn't have aux set-up.
Thanks for any help and I hope to be a part of this forum for some time, the 02 she owned for 10 years.

1.) There is no trunk release button on the 05+. There are kits available to remedy this though

2.) You could buy a manual, but anything you would ever need could be found here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

3.) These is no AUX input on the 05/06...as far as I know...

I know you can use the AUX button on '06 (mines a shaker 500) but you do need to buy a new wiring harness ($80-90ish) cause that button doesn't do anything on its own. Otherwise you need to just get a new radio.

Thanks drfister for the info and that link looks like it's what I need. The kit for the trunk release is that a dealer item or is it available aftermarket?

Yeah I will help if I can, but I don't think the other members of this forum want to read about Volvo repairs. Email me at gd4615@aol.com with as much info as you have and in the subject box put "Mustang Forum S60".
